Renting a photo location in Antwerp: prices and questions
Honest prices, everything included. Here you see at a glance what it costs and how it works.
What does the studio cost?
Mini (up to 2 people) €219 for 4 hours or €379 for 8 hours. Small (up to 4) €289 or €495. Medium (up to 10) €389 or €659. Production (up to 20) €795 per day. Prices excl. VAT, cleaning, energy and wifi included.
When can I book?
The studio is open all year on weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00, and on the weekends shown green in the calendar. Most Mini shoots run from 13:00 to 17:00.
Can I stay overnight?
Yes. With an 8-hour studio booking your crew can stay (Shoot & Stay, €300 per night). As a guest you rent the whole loft from €300 per night, minimum 2 nights, up to 6 people.
How do I secure a date?
Request your date via the form or WhatsApp. If it’s free, we hold it for 3 working days; once payment is in, the date is yours. Cancellation is free up to 7 days ahead.
What else should I know?
220 m² on the first floor, no lift. Blackout blinds, airco, Denon sound, wifi and a fully equipped kitchen. One bathroom and an extra WC. Quiet from 22:00 and never parties. Parking in the street or at Berchem station.
