Studio on weekdays 08:00–17:00, weekends on selected dates. Cleaning, energy, wifi, sound and the whole 220 m² included.

Add nights (Shoot & Stay)
With any 8-hour booking your crew (up to 6) can stay the night. Your set stays up and you start at 08:00 the next day.
Payment is the booking
- You get an invoice straight away. Your date is confirmed once it is paid. We hold the date for 3 working days.
- Booking less than 7 days ahead? Then you pay at once.
- Cancel up to 7 days ahead: full refund or a free new date. After that no refund, but one free date change within 3 months.
- Companies with a purchase order pay before the shoot date.
- No events with outside guests unless agreed. Quiet from 22:00.
Stays
The whole loft for 2 to 6 people, on selected dates. Booking direct is always the best price.

Minimum 2 nights, maximum 6 guests. No parties, no visitors. Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
You pay when you book, and your stay is confirmed. Full refund up to 30 days ahead, 50% up to 14 days, nothing after. Deposit €350 by bank transfer, returned within 7 days after check-out.
